How fast do you reply?
Within one business day. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 EET. A message sent outside them is answered the next working morning.
What should I put in the message?
The problem in plain words and what a good outcome would look like. Data volumes, systems and budgets help, but they can wait for the call. A few lines are enough to start.
What happens after I write?
A 30-minute call to understand the problem. We tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool, what it would take and roughly what it would cost. No slides and no pitch.
Can we start small?
Yes. If you are not sure AI fits, the two-minute readiness check above gives you a recommendation on the spot. If you are sure, the blueprint fixes the scope and the price for the first 90 days, and a single engineer working inside your team is an option too.
Will you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes. Send yours before the call if you need it signed first. Before any data moves we also sign a data processing agreement, as described on the Trust and data page.
Do you work outside Thessaloniki?
Yes. We work with clients across Greece and Europe, in English and Greek, and we are happy to come to you.
Do you answer security questionnaires?
Yes. Procurement and security questionnaires get answers within five business days, with evidence attached. Our hosting and data defaults are on the Trust and data page.
