Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 September 2026.

1. About this policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect on dataminds.gr, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

2. Who is responsible

The data controller is DataMinds Single Member P.C., Filikis Etairias 12 & Tsimiski, 546 21 Thessaloniki, Greece. You can reach us at contact@dataminds.gr for any question about this policy or your data.

3. What we collect and why

Contact and enquiry forms

When you use the contact form, the newsletter form or the AI Readiness check, we collect the details you type in: name, email address, company, your message and your answers. We use them only to respond to your request, to send you the newsletter you asked for, or to prepare the assessment you requested. The legal basis is your consent and, where you are asking about our services, the steps needed before entering a contract.

Form submissions are transmitted to us by email through a transactional email provider (Resend) and stored in our mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract follows.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies on your device and collects usage data such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device type and your approximate location, which Google processes on our behalf. IP addresses are not stored. We load it only after you accept analytics in the consent banner, and we do not use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Technical data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata for security and to deliver the site. This data is used for operating the site and is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

4. Cookies and local storage

We store one value in your browser's local storage to remember your consent choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell returning visitors apart; if you decline or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

5. Embedded content and links

Some pages may embed content from other services or link to external sites, such as our products, LinkedIn or GitHub. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate the site and respond to you (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under agreements that require them to protect it. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email contact@dataminds.gr. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, Greece, dpa.gr).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and we limit the data we hold to what we need.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

10. Contact
