What it is
Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a “where do we even start” problem. There is data in the ERP, in the CRM, in exports someone runs every Monday. There are three ideas from the board, two from operations and a vendor pitch that promises everything. What is missing is a clear-eyed view of which problem is worth solving first, whether the data can support it, and what it would take to get a model into daily use.
That is what our consulting engagement delivers. Not a strategy document that sits in a drawer, but a ranked list of opportunities, a plan for the data, and the first model built by the same people who wrote the plan.
How we approach it
We start with the people who own the problems, not with the technology. A week of conversations with operations, finance and IT tells us where the pain is and what a good outcome would look like in numbers. Then we look at the data as it actually is, with its gaps and its quirks, and score every candidate use case on two axes: how much it is worth, and how hard it is to build.
The output is a short list. Usually one problem stands out as both valuable and feasible, and that becomes the first project. We scope it with a success metric you already track, a timeline of ninety days or less, and a fixed price. If the honest answer is that AI is not the right tool yet, we say that instead and tell you what to collect first.
What you get
A written assessment with ranked opportunities and the reasoning behind the ranking. A data architecture that fits the systems you already run. A roadmap with milestones, metrics and cost. And then, because a roadmap is only as good as the first mile, we build the first model with you. Your engineers pair with ours, the code lives in your repositories, and the documentation is written so your team can keep going without us.
